While the clue is pretty obvious, just in case you don't get it: you have to go to the top of Golden Mountain and talk to the NPC there. You have to talk to him and then attempt to leave to trigger the relevant dialogue. There will be a cave with an NPC who gives you a clue of where to go next. You have to cross the river near the entrance to the tunnel south of the association. "Wandering soul finds his home" sound like the hermit sidequest. jump all the way to the right, fall past the wall and dig up the berry. There is a springboard that will take you up. "Where crooks enjoy their meals." must be the cafeteria in the bandit hideout.
